Our group training sessions are aimed at helping you progress with an individual exercise program. This always starts with a personal intake. The programme features several measuring moments. You will be guided by experienced coaches and physiotherapists. They will help you choose the right workout and make sure you are challenged in a responsible and dynamic way.

The training courses are open to everyone, regardless of your level or experience.
